Joseph Keith Darsey Arrested for Meth, Marijuana in Coffee County

“Skeeter” faces drug distribution charges after raid

COFFEE COUNTY, Ga. — On June 24, Joseph Keith Darsey, also known as “Skeeter,” was arrested by the Douglas Coffee Drug Unit on drug charges, according to the Coffee County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO).

Deputies executed a search warrant at a residence on the 400 block of Waldron Road, where they discovered suspected methamphetamine and marijuana. Following the raid, Darsey was taken into custody at the scene.

He is charged with possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Darsey was booked into the Coffee County Pre-Trial Detention Center.

The search warrant was obtained as part of an ongoing investigation into illegal drug activity in the region. No additional information has been released at this time.
