Two Newton residents, 31-year-old Johnny See of Blue Sky Court and 31-year-old Daniel Dayila See of Smyre Farm Road, were arrested Wednesday, August 20, in Caldwell County on felony drug charges.
Johnny See was charged by the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office, while Lenoir Police filed charges against Daniel See. Both men face felony counts of trafficking in cocaine and maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substances.
Following their arrests, both suspects were jailed at the Caldwell County Detention Center with secured bonds set at $150,000 each. The two are scheduled to appear in District Court on August 21.
Authorities continue to investigate the case as the men await court proceedings.
