MINOT, N.D. — A 19-year-old Minot man, Johnathan Decoteau, was arrested Friday in connection with the shooting death of another 19-year-old, Dorian Thomas.
Authorities charged Decoteau with manslaughter and tampering with evidence after he allegedly shot Thomas early Wednesday morning in northeast Minot.
The investigation into the incident is still ongoing.
