YORK COUNTY, Va. — John Levy Dozier, 45, of Williamsburg, was arrested after allegedly stealing more than $2,600 worth of power tools from Lowe’s on the 800 block of Rochambeau Boulevard.
The York County Sheriff’s Office said store officials reported the thefts on Tuesday and provided video evidence, which included a possible suspect name. Deputies quickly confirmed the identity of Dozier.
He now faces two counts of felony larceny and two counts of misdemeanor larceny. Dozier is currently held at Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail.
