Jimmy & Timothy Stillwell Arrested in Boat Theft

Meth and Paraphernalia Found During Baileyton Raid

BAILEYTON, Ala. — Two Baileyton men have been arrested following the theft of a boat and utility trailer in the Joppa area, authorities report.

The Morgan County Sheriff’s Office says the boat and trailer were stolen on March 20 and recovered shortly after. On Wednesday, the Criminal Investigations Division executed a search warrant at a residence on the 600 block of Double S Mountain Road in Baileyton.

Deputies made contact with Jimmy Ray Stillwell and Timothy Levi Stillwell. During the search, authorities recovered the stolen trailer along with methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Jimmy Stillwell was charged with robbery, receiving stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance. Timothy Stillwell faces charges for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and an outstanding warrant for promoting prison contraband.

Both men are currently being held at Morgan County Jail.
