Jessica Steinour Arrested in Middlesex Stolen Vehicle Case

Woman faces felony charges after vehicle recovered in Carlisle

MIDDLESEX TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A 28-year-old woman was arrested Feb. 5, 2026, after police recovered a reported stolen vehicle in Cumberland County.

Middlesex Township Police said officers were alerted to a stolen vehicle that morning. During the investigation, Jessica L. Steinour was identified as a suspect. The vehicle was later located in Carlisle Borough, where Steinour was found in possession of the car.

Steinour was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Cumberland County Central Booking Center. She is awaiting arraignment.

She faces one felony count of receiving stolen property and one felony count of theft by unlawful taking. The incident occurred near 1153 Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle, and was classified as motor vehicle theft.

Steinour is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
