Jerry “Lil’ Jerry” Freeman Sentenced for Drug Conspiracy

Hugo Man Gets Over 18 Years for Meth Distribution Plot

MUSKOGEE, Okla. (KXII) — A Hugo man, Jerry Lana Freeman, also known as “Lil’ Jerry,” has been sentenced to 224 months in federal prison after pleading guilty to one count of Drug Conspiracy in September 2024.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, Freeman conspired with others to knowingly possess and distribute more than 50 grams of methamphetamine.

The case was the result of a joint investigation involving the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, the Hugo Police Department, and the Durant Police Department.

Freeman will remain in the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service until he is transferred to a facility operated by the United States Bureau of Prisons.

As a federal inmate, Freeman is not eligible for parole.
