Jenna Vandemortel, 34, was arrested on Saturday by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on an active arrest warrant issued by the Town of Geneva Court.
The warrant stems from an alleged incident at the Geneva Walmart on March 9. Vandemortel was charged with Burglary in the Third Degree and Falsifying Business Records in the First Degree.
Following her arrest, she was transported to the Ontario County Jail for centralized arraignment. She was released with post-release supervision and is scheduled to appear in Geneva Town Court to answer the charges.
