PORTAGE COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) — Authorities in Portage County have arrested Jeffrey Sickafoose, a fugitive wanted on multiple charges across two counties.
Members of the Portage County Sheriff’s Office Detective Bureau and Road Patrol located Sickafoose in Ravenna Township, where he was taken into custody.
Sickafoose had an active warrant from Cuyahoga County and was also wanted for resisting arrest in Portage County after previously fleeing from deputies during an earlier encounter.
He now faces charges of resisting arrest, aggravated possession of drugs, and possession of drug abuse instruments, according to law enforcement.
