LAREDO, Tex. — Multiple traffic stops by the Webb County Constables Office of Precinct One over the past week have resulted in several arrests.
One of those arrested was Jeanette Martinez, who was taken into custody on an active warrant for injury to a child or disabled elderly person with intent to cause bodily harm.
In a separate incident, Juan Rosales was stopped by a constable deputy and charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Both Martinez and Rosales were transported to the Webb County Jail following their arrests, the Constables Office confirmed.
