A Greenville man, Jamir Lametric Willoughby, 24, was arrested by the Pitt County Sheriff’s Office on January 20 following investigations into multiple cocaine-related incidents in October 2025 and early January 2026.
Willoughby faces several felony charges, including:
Possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver cocaine
Maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for controlled substances
Possession of drug paraphernalia
According to arrest warrants, deputies allege Willoughby possessed cocaine on multiple occasions, with amounts ranging from 0.5 grams to approximately four grams. Investigators also claim he maintained a vehicle and a dwelling to store and distribute the drugs.
Willoughby is currently held at the Pitt County Detention Center without bond. His first court appearance is scheduled for January 21, 2026.
