Three men are facing drug-related charges in Pitt County following an early morning operation by North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement officers.
Authorities arrested James Woods, 33; Michael Wyatt, 36; and Tevin Peterson, 34. All three were transported to the Pitt County Jail.
According to warrants, Woods was found in possession of methamphetamine, cocaine, and drug paraphernalia. Investigators allege he used a Honda Civic to sell narcotics. He faces multiple charges, including:
Selling methamphetamine
Delivering methamphetamine
Possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver methamphetamine
Possession of cocaine
Maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for controlled substances
Possession of drug paraphernalia
Wyatt and Peterson are each charged with conspiring to sell and deliver methamphetamine. Peterson also faces an additional charge of identity theft.
Woods is being held under a $250,000 bond, while Wyatt’s bond is set at $200,000. Peterson was booked without bond due to being out on pre-trial release at the time of his arrest.
