James St. Jean Wanted on 27 Charges for Auto Theft in Windsor

Windsor, ON – Windsor Police have issued an arrest warrant for James St. Jean, a 29-year-old man, wanted on nearly 30 charges connected to a series of vehicle thefts. Between November 28 and December 10, police responded to four vehicle thefts in industrial parking lots.

In each incident, the suspect entered unlocked vehicles during the early morning hours, driving them away. In one case, the suspect used a stolen credit card found in a vehicle.

The suspect has been identified as St. Jean, and he’s wanted for 27 charges, including 12 counts of operating a vehicle while prohibited, four counts of motor vehicle theft, and additional charges such as fraud under $5,000 and dangerous driving.
