MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) — On the evening of Wednesday, September 10, 2025, Mobile Police responded to a shooting at the 1200 block of Persimmon Street.
Officers found Carlos Bogan, 34, suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital but later died from his injuries.
Further investigation revealed that James James, 37, was the suspect involved in the shooting, which reportedly occurred during an argument. James was detained at the scene and arrested, then transported to Metro Jail.
The Mobile Police continue to investigate the case, with no additional information released at this time.
