First-degree unlawful imprisonment
First-degree wanton endangerment
Interfering with communications
In addition to these charges, Nance had a no-bond parole violation warrant related to prior offenses, which included drug trafficking, possession of a firearm by a felon, drug paraphernalia possession, and criminal mischief.
