Jada Wilson & Ezerine Manning Jailed in Prison Plot Case

Mother-daughter duo leaked inmate info for violent revenge plan

by Amelia Crawford

A prison admin worker and her mother have been jailed for supplying confidential inmate information to a criminal seeking violent revenge.

Jada Wilson, 25, an admin assistant at HMP Featherstone in Staffordshire, admitted to confirming the whereabouts of Hekta Autsa, an inmate at HMP Belmarsh, to her mother, Ezerine Manning, 44. Manning then passed this intel to Ashley Wilkin, 38, who was looking for retribution against Autsa under the false belief that he was a police informant.

The Plot Uncovered
Wilkin’s intention was to target Autsa, even stating he wanted to put him “in a body bag.” The conspiracy unraveled after authorities discovered the unlawful information exchange.

Both Wilson and Manning pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit misconduct in a public office. Their actions breached prison security, putting lives at risk and aiding criminal activity.

Jailed for Misconduct
Following their guilty pleas, Wilson and Manning were sentenced to prison, though the exact duration of their sentences was not immediately disclosed.

Authorities emphasized that breaches of trust within the prison system are taken seriously, and those involved in criminal conspiracies will face justice.

This case highlights the dangers of internal corruption within prisons and the severe consequences for those who abuse their positions.
