SAN ANTONIO — A Bexar County woman has been indicted for a hit-and-run that killed a man in 2023.

A grand jury charged Jacqueline Starks with collision involving death after the incident in June 2023. Court documents state that Starks allegedly struck Dale McClintock, who was found lying in the street near Culebra and Alamo Parkway.

Authorities say Starks did not stop to render aid. McClintock succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

The case highlights ongoing efforts by local law enforcement to hold drivers accountable for fatal accidents.
