Bonifay, FL — Jacorey Deshawn Hall, 27, has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for his role in a $100,000 ATM theft in Bonifay.

Hall was one of three individuals involved in the robbery of a Wells Fargo ATM on Oct. 18, 2024. Investigators said the group jammed the machine, waited more than four hours, and then assaulted the technician who arrived to service the ATM before taking the cash.

Prosecutors noted that Hall posted pictures of himself and the stolen cash on social media, which aided the investigation. Hall entered an open plea to grand theft last month, just as his trial was about to begin.

Authorities also revealed that Hall has outstanding warrants in Wisconsin and Texas for similar robberies, and he and his accomplices are suspected of a failed ATM robbery in Marianna. Many of these cases remain under investigation.

Circuit Judge Russell Roberts delivered the sentence on Wednesday.
