In a major bust, the Special Zonal Crime Team (SZCT) of the Central Crime Station (CCS), Hyderabad, exposed a fraudulent loan racket operating under the guise of a real estate finance consultancy.
The mastermind, identified as Jabbar Khan Munshi Khan (36), ran the sham business from Somajiguda under the name JK Financial Solutions. He, along with two accomplices—Khureshi Javed Habibsab (49) and Saddam Habibsab Kureshi (34), both of whom ran a local chicken shop—cheated property owners by posing as agents who would help them secure bank loans.
Instead of facilitating financing, the group manipulated victims into signing bogus sale deeds, transferring ownership of properties without consent.
“These individuals cleverly posed as loan facilitators, but used forged documents to mislead and strip victims of their property,” an SZCT officer stated. The fraud primarily targeted people in need of urgent funds, luring them with attractive terms and disguised legal paperwork.
The scam unraveled after multiple complaints were filed, prompting a coordinated CCS investigation that revealed the fraudulent documentation and confirmed the illegal property transfers.
All three suspects are now in custody and will face charges under various sections related to cheating, forgery, and criminal conspiracy under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
