Hyderabad Couple Arrested in Rs1.02 Crore Real Estate Fraud

Jullapalli Sunitha and Chandrashekhar arrested for duping victims

The Hyderabad Economic Offences Wing (EOW) arrested a couple on Wednesday for allegedly duping three people of Rs1.02 crore in a real estate investment scam.

Jullapalli Sunitha (44) and Jullapalli Chandrashekhar (47), residents of Gopanpally, were taken into custody after a complaint was filed by one of the victims, Chakka Sudhir, who lost Rs60 lakh in the fraudulent scheme.

The couple is accused of luring the victims into a fake real estate investment opportunity. After the complaint was lodged, the EOW launched an investigation, leading to their arrest.

The police are continuing their efforts to investigate further and recover the lost money.
