Queensbury, NY — State Police arrested 42-year-old Heather Racine of Hudson Falls on April 18, 2025, after a traffic stop led to the discovery of controlled substances and felony-weight narcotics.
Troopers stopped Racine’s vehicle on Main Street around 3:05 AM for a Vehicle and Traffic Law violation. During the investigation, authorities found controlled substances in the vehicle and narcotics concealed on Racine’s person.
Racine was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the fourth degree, two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree, and a Vehicle and Traffic Law violation.
She was processed at SP Queensbury and later arraigned in the Warren County Centralized Part Court. Racine was released under the supervision of the Warren County Probation Department.
