Henrry Josue Mendrano Tellez, 33, of Manhattan, was arrested Thursday evening by the Riley County Police Department on multiple serious charges.
Officers took Tellez into custody at 11:15 p.m. at the McDonald’s in Westloop Place. The charges include rape, aggravated assault, aggravated sexual battery, kidnapping, blackmail involving a video or image, and aggravated endangering of a child.
Tellez was assigned a bond of $500,000 and remains held in the Riley County Jail.
