Hannah Brand Sentenced to 20 Years for Meth Possession

Sentence runs concurrently with prior burglary, drug charges

by Sophia Bennett

A woman has been sentenced in Warren County Circuit Court on serious drug charges.

Hannah Brand was sentenced by Judge Toni Terrett to 20 years in prison, with 10 years to serve, after pleading guilty to possession of methamphetamine. Her sentence will run concurrently with a 2022 conviction in Simpson County, where she received 10 years for burglary, and two additional counts of meth possession in Warren County.

The charges stem from a 2021 incident in which Brand was found with oxycodone pills and a 9mm firearm during a traffic stop. A subsequent search of her vehicle revealed 100 grams of methamphetamine and various drug paraphernalia.

Brand’s tentative release date has been set for December 12, 2030.
