BATH, N.Y. (WETM) – A 22-year-old Bath woman, Hanna M. Fuller, has been arrested and charged with misuse of food stamps and petit larceny.
According to the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office, Fuller allegedly used another individual’s benefit card issued by the Steuben County Department of Social Services on March 28, 2025.
Following the incident, Fuller was taken into custody on Tuesday, June 17, and is currently held at the Steuben County Jail awaiting further court proceedings.
Officials continue to investigate the case.
