HAMILTON COUNTY, TN — A man indicted on multiple child sex crime charges was arrested Sunday morning by deputies from the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO). Adam Morgan, 36, was taken into custody at 9:15 a.m. in the 900 block of Kennington Hills Drive.
Morgan had been the subject of a lengthy investigation, which culminated in a 21-count indictment by a Hamilton County grand jury. The charges against Morgan include:
Solicitation of a minor to observe sexual conduct (x10)
Especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor (x10)
Sexual exploitation of a minor (x1)
The HCSO said deputies had been actively pursuing Morgan for weeks before successfully apprehending him on Sunday.
Morgan is currently being held in Hamilton County Jail pending further legal proceedings. The Sheriff’s Office has stated that they are continuing to investigate the case, and further details may be released as the investigation progresses.
