CALLOWAY COUNTY — A Benton man has been arrested and charged with theft by deception following the execution of a warrant by the Calloway County Sheriff’s Office.
Gregg Williams, 65, was taken into custody around 8 p.m. Friday after deputies served a complaint warrant issued in Calloway County. Theft by deception is classified as a Class D felony in Kentucky.
Following his arrest, Williams was lodged in the Calloway County Jail. No further details about the case have been released at this time.
