ROSEBURG, Ore. — A 31-year-old Roseburg man, identified as Grant Lee O’Neill, was arrested Tuesday after police discovered him with a stolen 2013 Toyota Tacoma in the parking lot of Renard’s on NW Stewart Parkway Drive.
According to Roseburg Police, the vehicle had been taken from the home of a recently deceased man. Investigators said O’Neill admitted to entering the residence after the man’s death, taking the keys, and driving away with the truck.
The stolen vehicle was later recovered and towed by Roseburg Towing.
O’Neill has been charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle and first-degree burglary. He was booked into Corrections following his arrest.
