The Goa Police arrested Mohammal Suhail (48), also known as Michael, on Friday in connection with a multi-crore land-grabbing scam. Suhail, who had been absconding for some time, was apprehended by the Crime Branch near a petrol pump in Quepem, South Goa, around 4:30 pm. A resident of Pilar in Goa, Suhail originally hails from Karnataka. The police confirmed his arrest in an official statement, marking a significant breakthrough in the ongoing investigation into the land scam.
