A Marion County man is behind bars after deputies say he stole merchandise from a local Walmart.
Authorities arrested 35-year-old General Jackson on Thursday, accusing him of taking more than $100 worth of items from the store. Deputies later discovered he also had an active warrant for grand theft involving more than $100,000, along with multiple prior theft convictions.
Jackson is currently being held at the Marion County Jail on a $21,000 bond.
