Walker was charged with sale of a controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a church, officials said. Investigators reported that the arrests stemmed from multiple methamphetamine sales, and the investigation is ongoing, with additional charges or arrests possible.
After his arrest, Walker was taken to the Rankin County Adult Detention Center. He made an initial court appearance before Judge David Morrow Jr., who set bond at $50,000.
