A suspect has been arrested in connection with a January homicide in Waterbury, Connecticut. Garrett Piper, 26, was taken into custody on Monday after being charged in the fatal shooting of 27-year-old Marquez Ebron on January 11. Ebron was found dead on West Main Street in Waterbury, prompting an investigation into the incident.
