FORT COLLINS, Colo. – On June 19, 2025, Fort Collins Police, with the support of the Loveland Police SWAT team, arrested Garett Van Mullins (DOB 01/07/1991) on a felony charge of Unlawful Distribution of Marijuana to a Minor.
Van Mullins is under investigation for allegedly selling marijuana to underage individuals through social media, using aliases such as “420 Minister” and operating under the name “I Am Foundation Church” across Fort Collins and the greater Front Range area.
