Four Chinese Nationals Arrested Over ₱75M Fake Crocs in Bulacan

PNP CIDG raids warehouses, seizes counterfeit footwear

The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) of the Philippine National Police (PNP) arrested four Chinese nationals for allegedly selling ₱75.39 million worth of counterfeit Crocs footwear in three warehouses in Meycauayan, Bulacan.

The suspects, identified as Weibin, Zhenpan, Youding, and Wang, are affiliated with Elite Globus Prime Holdings Corp., the company that owns the raided warehouses. They now face charges for the unauthorized use of a registered trademark.

Authorities conducted simultaneous raids, uncovering:

₱29.69 million worth of fake footwear in the first warehouse
₱27.7 million in the second
₱18 million in the third
Additionally, business receipts, computers, a CCTV DVR, and a web mill printer were seized as evidence.

PNP CIDG Director Major General Nicolas Torre III assured the public that law enforcement remains committed to cracking down on counterfeit operations and bringing violators to justice, whether local or foreign nationals.
