FULTON COUNTY, Ind. — Four individuals were arrested in Fulton County following a drug investigation that reportedly involved purchases from the dark web.
Authorities identified 18-year-old Tristin Shell of Rochester as the primary suspect. She faces multiple charges, including dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, dealing a controlled substance, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Three others were also arrested in connection with the investigation: 38-year-old April Lockridge was charged with maintaining a common nuisance and possession of a controlled substance, while 50-year-old Lynden Swanson and 44-year-old Heather Shell were each charged with maintaining a common nuisance.
Investigators alleged that Tristin Shell purchased significant quantities of illegal narcotics via the dark web and distributed them throughout Fulton County.
During a search of a Rochester home, police reportedly recovered approximately 28 grams of suspected methamphetamine, along with other controlled substances, including prescription pills, suspected psilocybin mushrooms, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
The investigation is ongoing, and authorities continue to assess the full scope of the drug distribution network in the county.
