CLAREMONT, N.H. (NEWSWIRE) – Four individuals were arrested following a drug trafficking investigation by the Claremont Police Department. The arrests took place on Friday, February 7, 2025, after officers executed a search warrant at 50 Central Street in Claremont. During the operation, law enforcement seized a substantial amount of suspected crack cocaine, fentanyl, and U.S. currency.
The search was prompted by numerous community complaints about suspected narcotics activity at the apartment building. Using surveillance and information gathered from interactions with residents, officers were able to secure the warrant.
The arrested individuals are:
Brandon Stevens, 42, of Claremont – Facing two counts of possession of controlled drugs, breach of bail, and conspiracy to commit drug sales involving crack cocaine.
William Dancy, 18, of Springfield, Mass. – Charged with conspiracy to commit drug sales involving crack cocaine, fentanyl/heroin, and possession of controlled drugs.
Melissa Robinson, 43, of Claremont – Charged with the sale of controlled drugs, including crack cocaine and fentanyl/heroin.
Sonia Bartley, 48, of Claremont – Charged with conspiracy to commit drug sales involving crack cocaine and fentanyl/heroin, control of premises, and breach of bail.
All four suspects were transported to the Sullivan County House of Corrections and are scheduled for arraignment at the 5th Circuit Court, Claremont District, on Monday, February 10, 2025. The investigation is ongoing.
