A former nurse from Conway Medical Center has been arrested and charged with violating drug distribution laws after falsifying records regarding oxycodone administration.

According to warrants, Ashley Danielle Jarnagin, while working as a registered nurse, fraudulently documented the administration of oxycodone to a patient. She allegedly provided false information on required documents, including applications and reports, in October 2024.

Following an interview with Jarnagin and evidence gathered during the investigation, she was charged with three counts of violation of drug distribution laws involving non-controlled, imitation controlled substances.

Jarnagin was arrested on Monday and her bail was set at $15,000. Public records show that she was discharged shortly after her arrest.
