Five Arrested for Retail Theft, Drug Offenses in Enfield, CT

Connecticut and Massachusetts Suspects Face Multiple Charges

Five people from Connecticut and Massachusetts have been arrested for retail theft across multiple stores in Enfield. The Enfield Police Department, in partnership with Connecticut State Police and a K-9 unit, launched an operation to combat retail theft, working closely with loss prevention teams from several local stores.

During the investigation, officers successfully identified the suspected shoplifters who were committing various larcenies. The individuals arrested face a range of charges, including larceny and drug-related offenses:

Shawn Bell, 20, of Windsor: Charged with Larceny in the 6th Degree.
Scott Kaminski, 39, of Springfield, Massachusetts: Charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Operating a Motor Vehicle with Suspension, Illegal Operation of an Unregistered Vehicle, Improper Use of Registration, and Operating without Minimum Insurance.
Emily Deblok, 33, of East Longmeadow, Massachusetts: Charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Use of Drug Paraphernalia.
Jacob Mayock, 35, of Wilbraham, Massachusetts: Charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Use of Drug Paraphernalia.
Samantha Belicki, 29, of Enfield: Charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Use of Drug Paraphernalia.
The arrests are part of an ongoing effort to address retail theft in the area, with authorities continuing their investigation.
