FBI Arrests Judge Hannah Dugan for Obstruction in Immigration Case

Judge Dugan misdirected agents, allowing suspect to evade arrest

by Amelia Crawford

The FBI has just arrested Judge Hannah Dugan from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on charges of obstruction following a controversial incident in her courthouse last week.

Judge Dugan is accused of intentionally misdirecting federal agents who were attempting to arrest Eduardo Flores Ruiz, a subject wanted for immigration violations. By redirecting the agents, Dugan allowed Flores Ruiz, an illegal alien, to evade arrest.

Fortunately, federal agents managed to chase down the suspect on foot, and he has since been taken into custody. However, the judge’s actions are believed to have significantly increased the risk to public safety, according to authorities.

The arrest marks a significant moment in the ongoing debate over immigration enforcement and the role of local officials in assisting or obstructing federal law enforcement operations. The FBI continues to investigate the situation, and Dugan now faces serious legal repercussions.
