FARMINGTON, NY – A 28-year-old Farmington woman, Morgan Henry, was arrested on Saturday afternoon after authorities found a child outside unattended and inappropriately dressed for the weather at the Finger Lakes Hotel.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office responded to the incident shortly before 5 p.m. and launched an investigation, which led to Henry being charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
Following her arraignment, Henry was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Farmington Town Court at a later date.
Authorities emphasize that charges are accusations, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
