Faridabad, Haryana: The Faridabad police have arrested three Nigerian nationals involved in drug peddling. The arrests were carried out by the crime branch team near Delhi’s Badarpur border.
On September 10, police had apprehended a peddler with 11.27 grams of MDMA, who disclosed that he obtained the drugs from a Nigerian man named Akpatok Iriyakan. Akpatok was subsequently arrested, and during interrogation, he revealed the identities of two of his associates. Both were arrested on Saturday, completing the bust.
The operation highlights ongoing efforts by law enforcement to crack down on international drug trafficking networks operating in Haryana and the Delhi-NCR region.
