Fargo Man Benito Fox Arrested for Alleged Continuous Child Abuse
FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – Benito Fox, a 31-year-old man from Fargo, has been arrested and charged with continuous sexual abuse of a child. Authorities say the abuse began when the victim was in 6th grade and continued for several years.
Court documents indicate that the abuse was reported by a 14-year-old girl, who disclosed the incidents to officials. Fox is currently facing serious charges and has a preliminary hearing scheduled for February 5, 2024.
