The Ernakulam Rural police arrested two men, Faisal (37) of Kothamangalam and Nidheesh (26) of Kuruppampady, on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, in connection with the seizure of 20 grams of suspected MDMA and 3 kilograms of suspected ganja in Aluva.
Earlier, the Aluva police and the Ernakulam Rural District Anti-Narcotics Special Action Force had apprehended Nabin Thankappan with the contraband near Aluva railway station.
The investigation into the drug trafficking network is ongoing, and police are working to identify further links.
