EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — The Chief Military Officer for the City of El Paso, Paul Albright, was arrested in late February and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI).
According to jail records, Albright was taken into custody on February 24 and later released the same day after posting a $1,000 bond.
KFOX14/CBS4 reached out to the City of El Paso for comment. While officials declined to provide details, they confirmed that Albright remains employed and stated they are waiting for the legal process to unfold before making any decisions regarding his position.
According to the City’s website, Albright works for the Division of Veteran and Military Affairs, which serves as a liaison between the City of El Paso, Fort Bliss, and other agencies, while also providing services to veterans.
