Eight Arrested in Anekal Real Estate Agent Murder Case

Mohan Babu confessed to hiring kidnappers for Rs25 lakh

Police in Anekal have arrested eight individuals, including a minor, in connection with the kidnapping and murder of a real estate agent, whose body was later recovered in neighbouring Tamil Nadu.

The accused have been identified as:

Mohan Babu

Tejas

Darshan

Likhith

Nikhil

Anand

Prashanth

A juvenile

Police also seized a Hyundai car allegedly used in the kidnapping. All accused underwent medical examinations at the government hospital in Anekal before being presented in court.

Senior police officials stated that Mohan Babu confessed during interrogation to hiring individuals for Rs25 lakh to kidnap and eliminate the victim, identified as Gopal. Further investigation is ongoing to determine the full scope of the crime and the involvement of each accused.
