HAZARD, Ky. — Dylan Smith, 27, was arrested over the weekend on multiple drug and weapon charges.
Smith faces several counts, including possession of a defaced firearm, illegal possession of a legend drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and fishing without a license or permit.
The arrest was made by Kentucky Fish and Wildlife, and Smith was booked into the Russell County Detention Center shortly before 3:30 p.m.
