Dusty Faile and Two Women Arrested in Lancaster, SC Drug Bust

Three arrested for trafficking meth, fentanyl, and marijuana

Three individuals were arrested on drug-related charges in Lancaster, South Carolina, after a search warrant was executed at a home on Catoe Road, according to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office.

The investigation began when 38-year-old Dusty Faile was suspected of selling methamphetamine from his residence. Following this, a search warrant was secured and executed, leading to Faile’s arrest along with 41-year-old Lora Duncan and 40-year-old Jennifer Whitaker.

During the search, authorities found a significant amount of illegal substances, including 69.25 grams of methamphetamine, 1.71 grams of fentanyl, 51.62 grams of marijuana, and alprazolam (Xanax) pills. Drug paraphernalia, including a smoking pipe and scales, were also recovered from the residence.

Dusty Faile faces multiple charges, including:

Trafficking methamphetamine (28-100 grams)
Distribution of methamphetamine
Possession with intent to distribute fentanyl
Possession with intent to distribute alprazolam
Possession with intent to distribute marijuana
Both Lora Duncan and Jennifer Whitaker were charged with possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and methamphetamine.

Faile was denied bond, while Duncan and Whitaker were granted bonds of $24,000 and $10,000, respectively. The investigation continues as authorities work to address the ongoing drug activity in the area.
