Detectives from the Riley County Police Department arrested 46-year-old Donald Ince of Manhattan Friday morning on multiple drug-related felony charges.
Ince was taken into custody around 11:20 a.m. on May 23 in the 700 block of N. 11th Street. The arrest was made based on a Riley County District Court warrant that listed several charges including unlawful acts involving proceeds from a drug transaction, unlawful distribution of marijuana, two counts of unlawful distribution of cannabinoids, and unlawful manufacture or possession of a controlled substance using a communication device.
Donald Ince was issued a $50,000 bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail.
