Donald Eugene Jackson Jr. Arrested for Kidnapping in Pike Road

Victim safely recovered; firearms seized during arrest

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Ala. (WSFA) — Authorities have arrested Donald Eugene Jackson Jr., 20, in connection with a kidnapping and assault incident reported in Pike Road on Sunday evening.

Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office responded to a domestic violence call near Barnes and Meriwether roads, where they learned that a female victim had been assaulted and forcibly taken from the residence.

Investigators quickly identified Jackson Jr. as the suspect and tracked his movement as he traveled north into Chilton County. Working in coordination with the Chilton County Sheriff’s Office, authorities successfully located and arrested Jackson Jr. around 1 a.m. Monday, and the victim was safely recovered.

Upon his arrest, deputies also seized multiple firearms in Jackson Jr.’s possession.

He is currently charged with first-degree kidnapping and second-degree domestic violence (assault). Jackson Jr. is being held without bond at the Montgomery County Detention Facility.

The investigation remains ongoing.
