Diongella Hall Arrested in Vicksburg on Racketeering Charges

Fugitive arrested in Vicksburg; other recent arrests include embezzlement and wire fraud

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Authorities in Warren County arrested 36-year-old Diongella Marqwice Hall after Florida officials alerted them about a fugitive believed to have moved to Vicksburg. Hall was taken into custody on South Frontage Road, where she was working at a motel.

Hall faces charges of conspiracy to commit racketeering and unlawful use of a two-way device to commit a felony. She is currently held without bond at the Warren County Jail.

In other recent cases, 64-year-old Rita Dukes, who resides in Mendenhall, was arrested on September 15 by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office and District Attorney’s Office. Dukes faces charges of embezzlement and uttering a forgery.

Additionally, on September 17, James David Whatley of Natchez was arrested at a local casino by deputies Thomas McBride, Donnie Heggins, and Jeff Merrit. Whatley, wanted in Madison County for wire fraud, was transferred to the Madison County Sheriff’s Department.
