MANCHESTER, N.H. — A six-month joint investigation has led to the arrest of four individuals allegedly operating a multi-state drug trafficking ring based out of Lawrence, Massachusetts, with ties to Manchester, New Hampshire.
According to law enforcement, the operation resulted in the seizure of over 2,100 grams of fentanyl, 124 grams of crack cocaine, and nearly 3 pounds of methamphetamine.
The arrests followed a coordinated effort between the Manchester Police Department, Lawrence Police Department, the Massachusetts State Police Essex County Detective Unit, and the New Hampshire DEA Office.
The four suspects were identified as:
Diego De Los Santos Vizcaino, 34
Samuel Tibrey Arias, 58
Yeison Vixcaino Franco, 25
Ysidro Martinez, 40
Each individual faces narcotics distribution charges, officials said.
Authorities have not released further details regarding court dates or potential sentencing, but the investigation is ongoing.
